Why am I receiving emails about not being PCI compliant?
These reminder emails notify you of your non-compliant status. Log in to your SecurityMetrics account to review and complete the necessary PCI DSS requirements.
My account shows I’m PCI compliant. How do I notify my processor?
If your processor is partnered with us, they can view your compliance status automatically. If not, you can send a report to your processor via the reporting tools on your dashboard.
Can I get a PCI compliance certificate?
Yes, once you’re compliant, you can download your certificate from the Reports tab on your dashboard.
How do I log in or change my email address?
Your login email is the one used to create your account. To update it, contact our Support Department at +44 33 0808 0832.
I can’t reset my password. What should I do?
If the "Forgot Password" option doesn’t work, contact our Support team for assistance.
What should I do if my account shows I’m not PCI compliant?
Check your PCI dashboard for a To Do list outlining the steps needed to achieve compliance.
I can’t log in, what should I do?

No, SecurityMetrics offers a combination SAQ for merchants with multiple processing methods.
Why haven’t I completed the SAQ after answering questions during sign-up?
The initial questions determine your SAQ type but do not complete the full Self-Assessment Questionnaire.
I failed my SAQ. What should I do?
To pass, you must comply with all requirements. Contact our Support team for help with unclear sections.
My SAQ is "expiring soon" or "expired." What should I do?
The SAQ must be completed annually. Re-take the questionnaire to ensure you remain compliant.
