When using Payment Links, it’s important for you to know what notifications your customer will be receiving. Here’s what communication Rvvup sends out:
🏷️ Payment Requested
Description: Message sent to your customer asking them to complete the payment request by clicking the Payment Link
Delivery: 📧 Email or 📱SMS Text
✅ Payment Completed
Description: Message sent to your customer confirming they have successfully completed a payment using the Payment Link
Delivery: 📧 Email
❌ Payment Failed
Description: Message sent to your customer alerting them that their payment attempt was not successful & advising them to try again using the same link or to reach out to you for further help. Delivery: 📧 Email
🧾 Refund Completed
Description: Message sent to your customer confirming a refund has been sent to them for their payment from a Payment Link
Delivery: 📧 Email or 📱SMS Text
