Need a reset?
It's possible you may need to reset your multi-factor application if you don't have access to your mobile device or are locked out of your account. You also may want to switch from one authentication method to another - like switching from using the Google Authenticator app to receiving MFA codes via SMS.
In these situations, the account owner can request help to reset MFA for a user account.
⚠️ Requests to reset MFA for a user must come from the Account Owner
ℹ️ How to request an MFA reset:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Include the name and email address of the user account that needs to have MFA reset
3. Our team will review and confirm the details with you
4. Once confirmed, our Support team will help reset and enroll MFA for the user again
