Looking to give members of your team access to your Rvvup Dashboard?
Whether its your developer or your accountant, you can grant additional team members access to your Rvvup Dashboard with just a few clicks.
ℹ️ Create additional users by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Rvvup Dashboard
2. Select User Management from the left-hand menu
3. Click the Add user button.
4. Enter the name and email address of your new user & hit Add user
From there, the new user will receive an email with instructions to complete their account setup, which requires them to verify their email address, create a password, and complete the multi-factor authentication setup.
👀 A few things to keep in mind:
- By default, new users have administrator-level permissions and will have full access to all functions and features of your Rvvup Dashboard (including enabling and disabling payment methods and creating additional users).
- If you need to edit or delete a user, the account owner can email support@rvvup.com with the request and we'll make it happen!
