How long does it take for my customer to receive their refund?
The amount of time it takes to return funds to your customer depends on the payment method used to facilitate the refund.
Here’s what your customer’s can expect from each supported payment method:

What do I do if my customer says they didn’t receive their refund?
Clearpay Refunds
If a customer is issued a full refund via Clearpay, they will see any upcoming payments will show as “Canceled” and any payments they have already made will be refunded back to their original card. You can direct them to check the payment installment statuses by logging into their Clearpay account and referencing this Clearpay Help Center article for more details.
PayPal Refunds
If a customer is issued a refund via PayPal, they can track their refund status by logging into their PayPal Account and filtering their “Activity” with the refund filter. You can direct them to this PayPal Help Center page or to PayPal customer service for more information.
Can I issue a partial refund?
Yes, partial refunds can be issued on supported payment methods. When you are issuing a refund, you'll be able to input the specific amount to refund to your customer (not to exceed the original amount charged).
